Why 9? Because 9 has always been part of my story!
The number 9 has always been my favorite number for as long as I can remember.
I was born on 9.11.
9 symbolizes creation, completion, and the transition into new beginnings.
My favorite car is a 911.
My first number playing football as a kid was 81 (9x9).
My high school football number was 9.
It's more than coincidence! For me, 9 is about legacy, purpose and drive. It's a reminder that what we build today lives on tomorrow.
That's why I chose to wait and launch Dad Driven on 9.9 at 9am PST. And from launch through 9.11 at 11pm PST, we are donating 9% of net proceeds and 50% of net proceeds from our Collab T-shirt to Track Heroes, an incredible non-profit organization helping Veterans and First Responders (V1Rs) heal through the power of racing and neuroscience.
To me, Dad Driven isn't just apparel. It's a movement. A way to carry the speed, the lessons, and the responsibility of fatherhood forward, one generation to the next.
