Real-World Example: Preparing for the Miles Ahead
Recently, while driving our overland Cayenne 958, I noticed vibrations under the seat and a hesitation that didn’t sit right. Before it became a problem on a longer family trip, Murtha Motorsports got us in immediately and went to work.
During their inspection, the team identified and addressed several critical issues:
1. 2 loose driveshaft bolts that you can turn by hand and were causing vibrations.
2. Front crank seal leak.
3. Needed an alignment badly with the new 991.2 Cayenne steering wheel installed.
4. Multiple exhaust hangers missing or broken that needed new ones welded and the prior owner of the Ceyanne used metal wire to hold of two sections of it
5. An injector that needed to be recoded which was causing a CEL

These are the wires that were holding the exhaust up that the prior owner did.
